Product was poorly packaged and was creased around the roll. When I attempted to install it was next to impossible to smooth it out.
Customer service is attempting to resolve the issue.

This is a great quality window/glass static cling covering. It was very easy to install and gives great privacy! From the inside, it has a great design pattern and allows light through. It is also adjustable which relieves having waste of product. You just simply reposition and smooth out any "wrinkles". This is a fantastic product. I'm now thinking of other uses for this or other products that Window Film World has!

I love this on my windows! The quality is excellent, was easy to work with and looks really, really nice. One thing I didn't expect was the way it sparkles at night when the streetlights come on. I wish I could include a pic. It's absolutely beautiful. Shipping was fast, too.

Easy Ordering - Wrong Product - Responsive Customer Service

First time order from Window Film World. Ordered 4 rolls of window film. Unfortunately, the wrong product was mailed and delivered. One simple call to customer service and they acted immediately to correct their error, re-shipped correct product and provided pre-paid label to return the incorrect items. Easy and seamless process.
