About Samples:
Samples are limited. We have samples of some of the films but
not all. Due to the patterns and designs on many of the films, sending a small
sample would be of no value. If you need a sample, give us a call.
About Purchasing
and Payments:
We currently accept online payments using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express,
PayPal Express or eCheck
through PayPal. If you prefer to pay by mailing a check, we have provided this
printable order form for your convenience.
About Shipping:
Orders will be sent U.S.P.S. First Class or Priority Mail
normally within 72 hours of receiving the order. Shipping charges are based on a
percentage of total order and will be added when you check out. Canadian shipments may be subject to import duties upon receipt.
Yes, we can ship Overnight, Second Day or 3-Day Select UPS.

Please keep in mind that there may
be import duties due upon receipt of the product. We apologize for what appears
to be a high minimum shipping charge to Canada. Cheaper First Class Mail
shipments take sometimes 2 - 4 weeks for delivery and we find that
unacceptable. UPS charges a brokerage fee
upon delivery which we also find unacceptable. That leaves us with Priority
Mail which has a minimum charge of $24.00. |

About Refunds and Returns:
While it would be nice if you never had to return products, we
understand the there are occasions when you measured wrong or ordered the wrong
product or just changed your mind. That is OK. We will refund any products
returned in their original condition and original packaging within 30 days of
purchase. No need for a return authorization number. Just return the product to
Jade Enterprises at the address listed above with a copy of your order or at
least a name and address on the inside of the package. It is always nice if you
tell us the reason for the return. But please be kind and repackage the product
carefully. Keep in mind that in order for us to issue a refund, the product must
be unused, unaltered and resalable. Refunds do not include the shipping costs.
